Are you skilled in CNC machine operation? Join our team as a 5-Axis Router Operator
We are looking to fill a swing shift from 1pm - 11pm. Monday thru Thursday. This is a fulltime job 40 hours a week.
Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain 3-axis and 5-axis routers efficiently and safely to produce high-quality parts.
Set up machines for routing processes, including tooling setup and adjustments.
Monitor machine operations to ensure parts meet quality standards and specifications.
Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of thermoform equipment.
Conduct final assembly of parts and products as needed.
Assist with CNC machine operation and other shop duties as required for production.
Package and label finished goods for shipment.
Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes.
Requirements:
Strong background in CNC routing operation and setup.
Ability to troubleshoot and perform basic maintenance on machines.
Attention to detail and commitment to producing quality parts.
Flexibility to adapt to various tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to assist with final assembly and other shop-related duties.
Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team setting.
