We’re thrilled to announce that last year’s Sweet Pea Festival of the Arts Winter Art Show was such an overwhelming success that we’re doing it again. Yep. That’s right. Bozeman artists don’t have to wait until August to share their artwork with the community. The second annual Sweet Pea Festival of the Arts Winter Art Show takes place during the entire month of February 2023.
Important dates to know:
Exhibit applications and image files are due Monday, January 9, 2023.
Artists will be notified Wednesday, January 18, 2023.
Selected works will be received at ERA Landmark January 23-27, 2023.
Opening reception is 5:30PM-7:30PM, Wednesday, February 1, 2023.
Let’s not forget awards and cash prizes. *
First Place: $500
Second Place: $250
Third Place: $125
*Winners selected by appointed juror.
New this year, a People’s Choice Award. Voting takes place throughout the month of February. Community members can purchase a ballot for $1.00, which affords the ballot holder an opportunity to vote for their favorite piece. The money received from ballot sales will go to the winning artist.
