Full services for primary care, podiatry, behavioral health, dentisty, pharmacy, laboratory, and plain film radiology. All patients regardless of ability to pay, full access to care available. 4 Medical Doctors, 3 FNP, 1 PA, 1 Midwife, 3 Counselors, 1 PMHNP, Dentist, and Pharmacist.
