Emerson Center for the Arts & Culture

The Emerson center for the Arts & Culture opened it door’s in 1993 with a mission of building community by promoting art and culture set in a historic building. The Emerson is home to the Crawford theater, showcasing films, a variety of performances, and lectures; the Jessie Wilber Gallery, Emerson Lobby, and Weaver Room featuring changing exhibits by local and regional artists; 58 tenant studios and galleries, a restaurant, art education classrooms, community gathering spaces, and much more.
