Their growing team is in need of a Montana Branch Manager who enjoys sales, customer service and team coaching.
As a Branch Manager you directly supervise sales and the team in the Montana region. Responsibilities include inbound and outbound sales efforts, interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Day to Day:
5+ years of construction and/or steel knowledge preferably in commercial work
Delivery Dispatch and scheduling experience
Extended sales experience, calling on customers and site visits
Ability to run a team of drivers, inside sales, outside sales and yard personnel
Responsible for labor hours, temp labor, daily operational budgets and monthly goals
Must have valid driver license and be insurable.
Ability to lift 50lbs frequently
Proficient in all aspects of professional communication, computer literate required for CRM entries.
Compensation:
Up to $75,000 base with potential of quarterly bonuses totally $25,000 per year

- Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to ensure seamless promotional efforts
