Responsibilities
- Implement strategies to optimize efficiency, increase profitability, and elevate the guest experience
- Collaborate with ownership and the executive team on strategic planning, reporting, and operational initiatives
- Ensure adherence to company policies, brand standards, and hospitality industry best practices
- Monitor key performance indicators, financial performance, and operational metrics to identify opportunities for improvement
- Hire, train, mentor, and support department leaders and team members to foster growth, accountability, and high performance
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing teams and overseeing daily business operations
- Strong understanding of dashboards, KPIs, and workflow systems to effectively manage operations
- Ability to read and interpret financial reports and use data to drive informed business decisions
- Highly organized, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive mindset with strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Compensation
- $70,000 – $80,000 annually
