Full-Time Position
Compensation: $19-$22 / HR + Benefits
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Cleans and prepares units for occupancy through proper application of housekeeping standards
- Completes assigned reports, correctly identifies, and reports the status of each unit, and reports any maintenance problem
- Clean and sanitize common areas such as lobbies, hallways, stairwells, and clubhouse facilities
- Perform regular cleaning of the property office, including dusting, vacuuming, and emptying trash
- Ensure the cleanliness of vacant units for showings and move-ins, including deep cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, and living areas
- General upkeep of the property, to include but not limited to - dog park, community outdoor grilling pavilions, building interior/exterior, pool and spa
- Ensures all work orders are completed within ERES' standards and in a timely manner
- Assists Maintenance Supervisor in all preventative maintenance inspections, to include - fire control systems, elevators, smoke detectors, building common areas and lawn irrigation systems.
- Assist with light maintenance tasks as needed, such as changing light bulbs and unclogging drains
- Maintain an inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment and restocks supplies as needed
- Provide courteous and professional service to residents and guests
- Respond to tenant requests for cleaning services in a timely and effective manner, as needed
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines and ensure compliance with all applicable health and safety regulations
- Ensures all property maintenance equipment and supplies are stored in a safe and proper manner.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk , use hands and fingers, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl as well as talk and hear. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 35 pounds and frequently lift and/or move up to 75 pounds. The employee must be able to see differences in widths and lengths of lines, such as those on graphs. Employee will have exposure to a variety of cleaning chemicals and weather conditions (rain, extreme heat/cold, and high humidity)

- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and written
- Experience working in a groundskeeping role in property management
- Time Management – Ability to prioritize tasks to ensure all housekeeping and guest
service duties are completed efficiently - Demonstrated ability to develop successful working relationships with emphasis on
collaboration in a team setting - On-call availability on nights, weekends and holidays, required
