WWC Engineering’s Bozeman branch is seeking a highly capable Administrative Specialist to provide advanced-level office support to the administrative systems of the branch.  This role is integral to the successful execution of both internal operations and client-facing responsibilities, requiring excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
 
The Administrative Specialist works closely with branch and department managers, as well as project managers, and other engineering & administrative staff to coordinate project documents, business development materials, and technical correspondence.

Requirements:  Monday to Friday, 9 am to 3 pm minimum hours

  •  High school diploma, with 5 years of applicable administrative experience. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize competing demands.
  • Monday to Friday, 9 am to 3 pm minimum hours
